1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Reilize website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Reilize is operated by Pitt Home Buyers, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a North Carolina limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Reilize provides real estate market intelligence for Pitt County, North Carolina, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly market intelligence reports
  • Market trend analysis
  • Builder and developer activity tracking
  • Permit and infrastructure data
  • Related educational content and blog posts

3. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

Payment processing is handled by MoonClerk and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Use of Information

The market intelligence, data, and analysis provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • Information is compiled from public records, MLS data, and other sources believed to be reliable
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
  • Information should not be the sole basis for any real estate or investment decision
  • You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with appropriate professionals
  • Past performance and market trends do not guarantee future results

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, reports, analysis, graphics, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Reilize and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscribers may use reports and content for their own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share subscription content with non-subscribers
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REILIZE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reilize and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pitt County, North Carolina.
